This is a picture of a Barbie dog hanging by it’s magnetized nose to the toilet paper holder in the girls’ bathroom. I’m not sure who put it there.

However, she moved it from the lower circle to the top bar today after school so whoever it is continues to get joy out of her silliness.
My sister told me in not so many words that she didn’t appreciate the zucchini recipe. I think her exact words were, “zucchini, yuck!” She also blamed me for thinking today was Monday since that’s what the top of my blog said when she logged on yesterday morning since I didn’t post.
So how about this post? It’s about a toy dog. And it’s funny owner, whoever she may be. There’s really nothing else to show you at the moment. We went to Henry’s cousin’s family’s house for the holiday weekend and I didn’t take a single picture. I was busy relaxing and watching children and playing boggle.
At home I’ve been busy painting Natalie’s room and hopefully will start on her curtains this week. Ainsley’s room got a makeover last month. It still needs a few little tweaks before I show you the results. Perhaps they’ll both get finished around the same time. They both are excited for the new look.
Ryan went to practice preschool yesterday for an hour and in a serious parenting fail, I didn’t take a picture. I was so busy trying to get Natalie’s electric socket plates reinstalled it didn’t even cross my mind he was going to preschool by himself!!  My only excuse can be it was a shortened practice day and his first real day of preschool is tomorrow. I hope I remember to take a picture so he can’t accuse me of loving him less than the others.  Yikes!
And that folks is what I have going on. That and cleaning, cooking. There’s always that. What are you up to?

I think that dog is alive and moving around on it’s own. 🙂

I am trying to put the house back in order. For some reason while we were all getting ready for school, laundry was ignored, groceries were piled in weird places, then an antique was brought in from my parents’ Pennsylvania house, now I have school paperwork. Hopefully, I can get on top of it today.
