Trick or Treat

November 1, 2011/Family
Today’s kindergarten party was really sweet. Here’s Ainsley with two of her friends.

And the whole class.

The school has a parade. Here’s Ainsley watching the older grades go by.

Natalie catching sight of Ains.

Showing me her panda tail.

Trick or Treating would’ve been much nicer if it wasn’t raining… but this is Pittsburgh. (I just found out we get more inches of rain per year than Seattle. Great.)
You can barely see them, but here’s Ains and Nat getting candy from the neighbor. We walked with another family from just down the road. Their daughter, Gabriella, is friends with Natalie.

After about five houses, Ryan and I headed inside to hand out candy while Henry and the girls toured the neighborhood. Our little Angry Bird was sitting in his stroller eating candy while getting rained on. We figured it’d be better for him to sit inside a warm house eating candy. I might’ve eaten a few pieces myself.
Hopefully next year won’t be so wet!

We live just north of Pittsubrgh and I swear it Rains EVERY Halloween!!! We did Trunk or Treat and pasted out candy last night, we were all huddled under the van hatch, but we all did have a blast.

Cute pictures, but I challenge that anywhere gets more days of rain than Seattle….whatever, you have my complete empathy.
