Ryan is obsessed with closing doors. It was no different yesterday.
Summary of yesterday: Yesterday’s cath went great. Waking from anesthesia and trying to pull the g-tube, not so much. Ryan took a long time to metabolize the anesthesia they used yesterday during the cath. He was extremely irritable and loopy until about 6:30 pm. We were going to leave at 5 pm, but the doctor wanted us to stay until Ryan was happy. By the time we left it was after 7 pm.
The general surgery team tried to pull the g-tube but then realized it was being held in by a plug. We’ll have to schedule and in-patient procedure to have it pulled endoscopically. I was disappointed not to be able to do it all in one day, but it’s not the end of the world. Hopefully we can do it before we move.

Glad everything looked good…and sorry that you will have to do another trip to remove the g-tube. But you have a great attitude Leighann.
