I know you aren’t supposed to take pictures of your kids in under garments so let’s pretend this isn’t my kid and that she is wearing something in addition to her Care Bear foundational wear. I just can’t help myself.

That baby absolutely adores his sisters! I am so glad they were allowed to get back in to visit him! He looks so good and attentive! Put a big smile on my face for the day:) And I loved the girls acting…if you recall, we ran around in our foundational wear in your front yard in Cheverly in the sprinkler…haha! Good times!

Just priceless those video’s. I so wish that I took video’s of my boys but we never had a video camera. Can you believe that they were several hundred dollars!
Can I ask you a question? I thought he had his heart surgery repair but from the video I can still see his heart beating. Is that temporary? Do you have to have bone placed there? I have never seen anything like your Ryan before.

I told you sibling bonds were important! I can see Baby Ryan GLOWING in his sister’s presence! He is ready to pull on her hair, torture her and love her all at the same time. I love that he thrives in their presence, and look at the girls….they need his presence too!

Ryan does not have a bone graft so you can still see his heart beating under his skin. The surgeon did not want to place a bone graft during Ryan’s recent surgeries because there is another surgery Ryan must get around 2 yrs old that requires breaking his sternum once more. The surgeon did not want to break a ‘new’ bone graft so soon. There is talk of placing a bone graft during that surgery, but we haven’t discussed anything concrete and probably won’t until closer to that time frame. Until then, we will be careful… and try and figure out ways to have him play somewhat like a normal kid. In fact, OT is trying to come up with something to make it possible for Ryan to have tummy time.
That video of Ainsley is the most awesome thing I’ve seen all day. Pure awesome.
