A little birdie told me cake balls made with spice cake, kept together with cream cheese (12ish oz) and dipped in white chocolate are to die for.

I think you should taste them just in case:) BTW I think any kind of soap works with the receipe (the laundry detergent, not the cake balls). 🙂 Amanda Luhn

that does sound good. I wish I could get the melting chocolate here… ugh. Spice cake is my favorite!!! I need to learn how to make it from scratch!

2 things: do i mix the dough with cream cheese?
We made the snow ice cream and the kids loved it! They had sprinkles, chocolate syrup and some cocoa in theirs. Thanks for encouraging the fun.

Response to The Ennis-Brennan Family. You want to crumble the cake after it is baked and cooled, then mix in cream cheese or icing whichever you prefer just until it will stick together real good. If you put to much they get mushy. Check out http://www.Bakerella.com, she has the recipes and the how to and you will get completely lost in her website.. AMAZING!
