I should be ashamed of myself. And I am. It has been since almost two weeks since I spotlighted our dear boy in a post. Two weeks! My Papa and Grandma walk out to ‘the shop’ every day, click on the shortcut for my blog that one of their kids put on their desktop, and check on Ryan. They come for him, not for recipes or how to change a toilet flapper or pictures of the world. Nope. Just pictures of Ryan. So, Papa, here is a picture of the cutest ectopia cordis baby you’ve ever seen!
I mean really, look at that body. Don’t let those pjs fool you. Those legs are tree trunks, with the tee-nie-niest bum on top. And broad shoulders supporting a big fat head. What’s not to love?
Ryan’s new trick is to turn his concentrator on and off. Over and over. Laughing at the piercing beeping that occurs when you turn it on. My eardrums are going to burst before this boy is two.
He is also pushing stool and chairs around the kitchen….
And waving hello and good-bye appropriately. He did this when he was tiny – but he is much more animated now and does it every time someone comes and goes. We are loving it.
Okay, Papa, there’s your Ryan fix. Miss you and love you. And to the rest of you – have a wonderful weekend!!
