Life is moving so fast around here that I’ve had a hard time getting to the computer. I have so many posts to catch up on. I leave today for a speaking engagement in Virginia. I’ve been planning out the weekly schedule for my mother-in-law who will come take care of the girls, trying to get last minute things accomplished, and planning for the few days Ryan and I will be away, all while living every day life.
Ryan’s cath was rescheduled for this Friday so since I will be so close tonight there’s no sense driving home tomorrow, spending the night and driving back down on Thursday. Instead we will spend tomorrow with my mom! Yay!
Please think of me tonight. I’m speaking to a group of heart parents and a few doctors. Up until now, I’ve spoken in church settings, either to entire congregations or to lady’s groups. I feel a little inadequate talking to a population of people who’ve walked our same journey. I pray I can be a blessing to them.
And because pregnant life is sometimes all about the food, I leave you with this:
a piece of brie cheese with fig spread. Yummo!
