Wordless Wednesday

January 20, 2010/The Girls

I want to remember her like this. How her little body looks in her flannel Strawberry Shortcake pajamas. How she loves sweets and asks for marshmallows and chocolate chips nearly every day. How she is wearing her brother’s socks.

How she loves accessories. “I’m a star because I have glasses and a hat!” She wore this hat all last week. “Is the bow in the front, mommy?”

And her…. how she goes around copying all my lists onto her own piece of paper. She loves to write.

The two of them… best friends and sisters.

I agree with you 100%!!!! I think about this all the time with my two rugrats…it’s like you want to freeze time. Just long enough to make sure those certain memories are never forgotten

I also have a special needs child. Although my son’s condition is not necessarily life threatening, I remember the early days of learning about his needs and the overwhelming desire to know what his future would be. I pray for your family often. God bless you as your sweet babies grow. Enjoy every minute!!
