Here’s my daughter’s foot sneaking its way into the front seat while we were driving home. She’s getting so long..
We came home to a light dusting of snow on the ground and flurries today. It’s so pretty. I’m learning it flurries and dusts a lot here. It’s nice because you can enjoy it without having it stop traffic.

We’re home after a week away. Everyone is off schedule and picking at each other. I’m thankful for the day off from school and work so we can ready the house and ourselves for the week ahead.
January is going to be a full month. I signed the girls up for free ice skating lessons at the local park and a soccer clinic through the school. As someone who typically tries not to overload the schedule, I’m hoping it won’t be too much. They already have Girl Scouts every other week.
Henry and I are planning a few trips for the family this year as well as possibly a long-weekend away for us. Yay! And I know there will be lots of memories and growth this year. I’m looking forward to it. I hope you are too.

Hehehe…a Pittsburgh dusting or flurries usually means 1-3 inches of snow. Life goes on as usual – no big deal! Not the case in Annapolis or NOVA! Oh, how I remember those Pittsburgh winters! They always treated their roads with cinders which would get transfered into our cars and all our carpet car floor mats were stained with the residue of those black cinders.
