Flat Natalie will be mailed out this week starting with our family members. We will then work through the list of all of you wonderful readers who are interested in participating…. and there are many of you! I’m so excited (and so is Natalie) with all the responses. I let her read my emails and comments and she kept saying, “Mom, we got one from XYZ.” and she’d name a state. She has so many questions on how we’ll get Flat Natalie to all of you. “I want everyone who wants to have her get a chance. I’ll feel bad if we can’t get to them all,” she said. I love her heart!
We were supposed to sit down this weekend and write out a spreadsheet. I’m trying to involve her in her own school project as much as possible.. Hahahaha, I’m becoming one of those moms. But only for this. Everything else she does on her own, science projects included! However, I underestimated the time it would take to clean out the garage so we will start with our families and get to working on the spreadsheet during that time.
Flat Natalie isn’t due to the school until May. We’ve had over 30 responses and they haven’t stopped! This means when you get Flat Natalie, make sure to pass her on quickly or we won’t get through the list.
Thanks for all who have responded. Flat Natalie is on her way to seeing a great many things around this big country of ours! Can’t wait to see everything she gets to do this year thanks to your help!

Our family would like to host Flat Natalie on the Big Island of Hawaii if we can be put on the list. Let me know details if its a go.
If you do not yet have Indiana, I would love to participate.
If you want to send her to South Africa in February – I’ll be back by then and can send her on. Let me know – it would be a lot of fun!!
