Guys. I’ve been quiet in this space, but have been very busy behind the scenes gearing up for some exciting things! Things that are going to happen very soon.
The first is that my insider’s guide for parents facing a prenatal diagnosis is almost complete. I had a few test readers look it over – some heart moms and our beloved social worker from Ryan’s days in the hospital – and I’m incorporating their feedback and making last minute edits. IT’S ALMOST HERE!
Second, I’ve been working with a designer to freshen the website and I’m excited to finally be rolling it out sometime this week. I’m ready for a new look. You?
And lastly, I thought of a super grand idea! Remember last year I put out a family devotional for the Easter season complete with object lessons? Well, I’m going to be posting those devotionals for FREE every weekday Feb. 18 – Easter morning…. we can do them TOGETHER. I’m so, so, so excited about this. I’m still formulating how we’ll roll this out so you guys will have all the supplies… but we’re doin’ it. Let me know if you’re in and feel free to invite friends you think would enjoy it. The more the merrier.
Meanwhile I’ve been going to the library with the littles.
Making new recipes
Going to the food bank with my girl scout troop
And going on an overnight with girlfriends sans offspring!
This is the life, guys! Happy Monday!

I am so looking forward to the Lenten devotional! Thank you so much for thinking of it.
yes, yes, very excited stuff. (for REAL!) but i NEED that brussel sprout recipe!! i just had one like it out to eat sat night (brussel sprouts with bleu cheese adn bacon) and it was AMAZING!!
Was that feta in those brussel’s with the bacon of life? I would like to be in on the activities. I was the lucky winner of your book last year and I am so excited to enjoy this as a group this time round. What a great way to get “Us” togther.
I forgot to add, you are such a talented and gifted and hard working writter and I know that your Insider’s guide for parents facing a prenatal diagnosis will be a gift to parents seeking understanding to what is going on and what will go and from a person with first hand knowledge and not someone sitting behind a computer with web knowledge writting, there is a huge difference.
