I am still determined to be cheerful and happy in whatever situation I may be; for I have also learned from experience that the greater part of our happiness or misery depends on our dispositions and not on our circumstances. We carry the seeds of the one or the other about with us in our minds, wherever we go.
~Martha Washington in a letter to a friend

Kelly’s version : …. for I have also learned from experience that the greater part of our happiness or misery depends on how much Coke I have had that day to function.. 🙂 heeehee No really very good reminder. Thank you.
I’m coming out of lurkdome to let you know how much a stranger admires you and your ability to handle it all with grace and a smile. I can’t remember how I came across your blog many months ago but I’m so happy to hear (and see!) how well Ryan is doing at home. Happy 1st Birthday too, btw. You have a beautiful family!
Are you sending subliminal messages? LOL! You know I needed that, right? I love that when God speaks to us and we share it we never know who it will encourage or affect others for his purposes! For whatever reason you all were on my mind a lot this morning and so we (Scotty and I) prayed as we ran errands.
God is good, and he never leaves us when we need him. Thank you for writing this in your blog today, somehow god knew who needed to hear those words today:)
