It’s been a long time since I’ve bought a frozen dinner so I was surprised to find TGI Friday’s makes freezer meals in single portions called, T.G.I. FRiDAY’S “Entrées for One”. I picked up a Sizzling Steak Fajitas meal for Henry to try for lunch during the week. Henry doesn’t always have time to go somewhere for lunch so it’s nice to have something that’s easy to microwave but still fulfilling and enjoying to eat. There’s nothing worse than looking forward to eating lunch and ending up with something that tastes like cardboard.
Henry agreed to try the TGIF meal and reported back that it was “decent” and actually “pretty good for being out of a box.” His only complaint was that he wasn’t full at the end of the meal, but it does take quite a bit of food to fill up the Giant, nothing a side salad can’t fix. And to be honest, I’ll probably try a few myself.
