After a book announcement and bombings, a recipe seems quite a let down, but these brussels sprouts have become one of our family favorites. Brussels sprouts, you say? Yep! My kids pop ’em like candy. Here’s what I do to make them so tasty….
Remove ends and cut brussels sprouts in half. Wash, pat dry, then drizzle with olive oil. Lay them out on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with steak seasoning. I’ve used Montreal Steak Seasoning and the generic kind from Aldi. Both are good. To make them really great, mince a few cloves of garlic over them.
Roast at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until fork tender.
