She’s been a climber since she started crawling. Many times I’d find her sitting on our dining room table playing – at 9 months. Several heart-attacks and attempts to keep her floor-bound later, I gave up.
She rarely falls. But she’s still giving me heart-attacks.
We have a little climber too! One of the craziest things I remember her doing was climbing up on top of the piano and walking across the keys…..at 9 months! I’ve had a few heart attacks the past few years too. 🙂
Oh Leighann, I hear you! Our Sam is a climber too and for better or worse I am LONG past the heart attack stage… He is almost 12 and very agile.
On our house, at the front corners, the brick is set -out about 1/2″ in a probably 12-18″ square pattern. Sam has climbed the front of our house like spider man UP to the 2nd story window. I may have pic of him I can email you. My MIL can’t watch and would threaten to tie him down when they would babysit when the kids were little.

Our Granddaughter Abigail was always a climber. She is 18 now…so I am happy to say she survived! (:>)
