I love that I am planning a weekly menu again. Last week I was so brain dead I logged into my email where I keep a running grocery list and weekly menu to remind myself what to make for dinner. It was a life-saver. One of the sites I use to get my juices flowing if I am having cooker’s block is www.orgjunkie.com. Laura hosts a weekly carnival called Menu Plan Monday and I am linking up this week. To join the fun, click here. Here is our menu:
Sunday – Baked chicken, garden corn, mashed potatoes and gravy
I’ve had that coconut curry chicken I think and I don’t remember liking it. It wasn’t pretty…pretty is important in food and as I remember, it was rather spicy. Did you make it and did you like it? mamacita

Can I get a neighbor like that??? 🙂
Menu looks great…do you make enough chicken with the baked to be able to make the remaining meals, or do you end up cooking chicken everyday?
Menu planning is the only way my family does not eat cereal every night. LOL!
I agree with K-tribe….i want a neighbor like yours.
