So pretty and it looks so easy to make. Now to remeber it the next time we have church pinic.
I am not a brownie fan but my hubs and 2 daughters are. Do you have any tips on how to stop the edges of brownies from getting over done? I love to bake and have success with everything but brownies. I end up having to throw away about 1/3 of the pan because they become like rocks.
Hmmm….. maybe it’s the mix you’re using or your oven isn’t distributing heat evenly. I use the 13×9 family one… I think it’s Duncan Heines. Might be Betty Crocker. Another good one is Ghiradelli… they’re only 8×8 pan though. Also try cooking them in the middle of the oven, for a minute or two less than recommended, then let cool. Good luck!
I love the look of trifles. My mother in law was English and she made the most delicious trifle! They look so festive!
