There are a few projects I knew I wanted to do the moment we stepped foot in our house. The first is a laundry room redo – which we now know if NOT happening. So sad.
The next was the wall of collages I pinned before I had even picked out a house.
The third was a wall of bookcases in the family room, especially once Henry bought a new television when our 10-year-old one had to be hit to get a clear picture. Even at 2, Ryan knew to smack its side when it went static-y (…. i just made up that word in case you’re wondering.)
See that lonely T.V. hanging up there on the wall with a puny little cabinet underneath? It just screamed for some company… (ignore the kids who are playing games)

Leighann,
I really like your blod you are very down to earth and honest. Mos other bloggers photoshop their pictures and it looks so fake, but you are real and honest. Keep up the good work and hi to your family.
I am so sorry i meant ” I really like your blog..”
That looks great! I have all kinds of ideas in my head, and just never seem to have the time or effort to bring them to light. Especially outside projects. Pinterest is a great tool, now if I can just get off my bum and create something of my own! 🙂
That looks AWESOME! I’m so proud for you, isn’t great when something actually turns out the way you invision it??
oh my gosh. It looks awesome! I had no idea this project was underway. I knew you wanted the cabinets but hadn’t heard anything about it. Love it!!! yay! Love the vintage planters box under the tv too 😉
