Seasonal Retreats
Twice per year, I host weekend retreats for women who are looking for connection, relaxation, and personal growth. The retreats focus on cultivating a calm body, mind, and spirit.
Each weekend includes two nights accommodations, meals, two group teachings, a personal 1:1 coaching session for each participant, and quiet activities.
You will leave refreshed and ready to face the world again. My goal is to help you grow your soul while you relax your mind and body, escaping for a few days from the hectic pace set by society.
